With Christmas looming just a few days away, today we shift our focus back to the reason for the season – the church’s preparation for Christ during this Advent season. Today’s session marks the last week of Advent. As we focus on the hope, peace, joy, and love that comes in Christ, we are reminded that Christ is not just a sweet little baby. Jesus Christ came to Earth to transform the world and continues to do so today. As Christians, we, too, must focus on Christ’s transformative work this Advent season and beyond.
