Throughout history, God has been present with humanity. At Pentecost early Christians experience God’s spirit breathing life into them. The Spirit of God transcends language and cultural barriers to give hope and healing to the crowd. In this passage we catch a glimpse of what it is like to be overwhelmed by the Spirit of God.
